Badagry Local Government Celebrates One Year in Office as Hon. Husitode Moses Dosu Renders Stewardship

It was a day of joy; a day in history; and a day in which history was made. It was a day that the Executive Chairman of Badagry Local Government, Hon. Husitode Moses Dosu, not only wrote his name in history, but etched his name in gold.
The setting was Badagry Local Government Secretariat while the scene was the mark of the 365 Days in office of the present administration in Badagry Local Government.
The highlight of the event was the rendering of stewardship to the people of Badagry by Hon. Husitode Moses Dosu – a feat that was the first of its kind in the history of political administration in Badagry Local Government.
Addressing an audience that included the Chief of Staff to Governor Babatunde Raji Fashola, former chairman of Otto-Awori Local Government, Mr. Akin Aina, traditional rulers that included the Mobee of Badagry, Jengen, and Wawu; market women, students, pressmen, and the general populace, Hon. Husitode Moses Dosu gave gratitude to God and gave a recap of his administration’s one year in office.
His recap showed remarkable achievements spanning his 9-point agenda of health care delivery, water provision, road construction and infrastructural development, tourism development, poverty alleviation, education development, tourism development, youths and sports development, environment, and building a communal partnership for societal development.
The highly attended event equally witnessed the launch of Kondopo Echo, a publication of Badagry Local Government that showcases the activities of Badagry Local Government.
Kondopo Echo is a 44-page all colour glossy magazine of the highest print standard.
Indeed, some of those present at the launch of Kondopo Echo praised the quality of the magazine and said that it is a numero uno in Nigeria at the Local Government level.
